Frank is exceptionally quick he mentioned that he can do alignment tire and exhaust welding. Normally if you visit shops around you have to wait hours but it is not a case here super fast and professional!

Frank is a godsend. While driving down to Rhode Island from Massachusetts, my car started making a noise that kept getting louder. Not wanting to risk it, my son looked up mechanics nearby and found Frank’s shop. Frank diagnosed the issue in less than five minutes and called me over to show me what was wrong: a poor job from a recent dealer visit. He recommended I take it up with the dealer, fixed the immediate issue in just a few minutes, and refused to take any money for it because it was a quick fix. You rarely see that level of integrity nowadays—plenty of shops would have taken the car inside and made a major, expensive ordeal out of it. Frank genuinely cared about helping, not taking advantage. I had to force him to take a small token of appreciation, but I wanted to make sure I left this review. God bless you and your team, Frank—keep up the fantastic work!

Frank has a bipolar disorder, he's nice to you until you question his work, if the work is not done correctly, he does not take accountability and very defensive and will put your business out ( check recent negative reviews ) that's who he really is, believe it. He told me himself he gets mad when people question his work, yelling on the top of his lungs. No refund or apology was giving after the work was not completed correctly. If you don't believe me, question his work. frank is petty enough and will reply to this comment, being defensive instead of taking accountability for poor work. please don't waste your time and hard earn money there.

I’ve been coming to this location for four years, and the experience has always been excellent. The staff are honest, trustworthy, and truly professional. My mechanic, Felix, is phenomenal, knowledgeable, reliable, and extremely honest. I highly recommend both this location and Felix for all your automotive needs.
